2.1 We provide bookkeeping, tax consultancy, and business & management advice. Director Cassia Silva Mendes, AIA-qualified with an active practising certificate, leads accounting and tax services. 

Dr. Leandro Pereira Mendes, MBA in Business Administration and MCs in Law & Business Management, with over 10 years of experience working with high-net-worth individuals — particularly professional football players and agents — in matters requiring strict confidentiality. He leads the delivery of our business and management advisory services.
 

2.2 For legal guidance (e.g. contract negotiation, dispute advice), we act exclusively as a referral service to a third‑party legal advisory network. We do not provide legal services ourselves, and none of our staff are regulated or authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). We do not conduct reserved legal activities.

 

3. Professional Compliance & AML
 

3.1 We are monitored by the Association of International Accountants (AIA) and hold a current AML supervisory arrangement via AMLCC.
